This agreement is a legal contract between you and Kuailian VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile network connection application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to understand and agree to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, translation of app text, or creation of derivative versions is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App are owned by the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees, and any fee changes will be communicated to users. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices because it may weaken system security and affect the App's operation.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, or poor signal, the Service Provider is not responsible. When used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. If roaming outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan, related roaming charges are your responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. For example, inability to access the service due to device battery depletion is not covered by compensation. We strive to provide accurate route and service information, but some data may come from third-party partners; we are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice. After termination, your license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.
